It’s been many years since I’ve watched Total Recall. It was alright. Nothing super amazing. Just another Schwarzenegger action film. I think it may have even been a book which no I haven’t read. I don’t think there was any need to make a sequel. But I do like futuristic SciFi films and nothing else looks interesting to watch right now. Hmmmmm its almost two hours long. I’ll see how much I can get through. And two minutes into it I remembered I’ve got an episode of Fringe just waiting on the old Tivo. Maybe I’ll give Total Recall another shot another day.
I found that sitting in my Google Drive (formerly known as Google Docs). Not sure how long ago I wrote that. It has to have been a few months ago at least. That night I never got around to finishing it. Fringe was way more interesting. And that….. isn’t even that good. I am a bit sad that there are no more episodes of Fringe. Not because the show was good….. just because I really liked the Walter character.
Anyways… Some point after writing the above and then watching Fringe I did go back and watch all of the new Total Recall movie. Was it any good? Did I like it? I honestly can’t remember. Must not have been that good if I can’t recall how it ended. The only thing I remember is there being a ridiculous amount of lens flare in it. Thought it was almost a JJ Abrams movie due to it all. But then again if he had made it it would have been better. Oh well.
