Matt Smith (The (Eleventh) Doctor from BBC’s Doctor Who) is the villain in this fantasy/thriller starring Christina Hendricks (Big Boob’s McG from AMC’s award winnning television series Mad Men) as single mother of 2 trying to make it in run down city Lost River filmed somewhere in Metro Detroit. Fun fact Metro Detroit is 1,337 square miles. I find that fun fact humerous.
Anywho… I’m watching it right now during a huge thunderstorm. Its making it especially eerie. But then I got really really REALLY bored with it.
I’ve heard that the ladies especially love Ryan Gosling. I bet if they watch this flick they would not. NO, IF they can finish watching it that is… This movie falls into the un-watchable category for me. I really f*cking like Matt Smith in Doctor Who, Christina Hendricks in Mad Men and Iain De Caestecker in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (He plays Fitz). But that still couldn’t get me to finish this POJ (Piece Of Junk). I tried three times to finish it. I just can’t. Nor should you.
