Adventureland.
The movie made me miss Pittsburgh quite a bit.
The movie takes place in a summer in the 80’s and is filled with 80’s jams from the likes of The Cure. I used to go to 80’s Night at the bar when I lived in Pittsburgh. Argh fake homesickness.
I had a heard a lot of negative reviews about the movie so I never watched it. Had I know it took place in PA would I have watched it sooner?
The movie came out half a decade ago.
The last time I was in Kennywood the amusement part they filmed in for Adventureland was half a decade ago.
Half a decade ago + a half a decade ago = me looking at my life and wondering where are the time went by…
I need to do more things. Be more….. something.
Cute movie. I liked it. Even though it starred fake Michael Cera and that chick from Twilight.
