I remember vaguely not hating the first movie. This is very predictable and boring. Paused it at least 8 times before I could finish it.
Quite a few made for TV movie camera focusing issues.

Very formulaic.
I’ve seen this exact same movie countless times before.
I’m guessing that Mr. Scientology only takes roles if the character is the most badass of all badasses.
